too much ram!

right so heres the deal...
I just got a mac mini right and it comes standard with a 512 ram chip okay.So ! purchased an upgrade to 1 gig now the problem is that Im now sitting with a spare 512 chip cause the mac mini only has one slot which now has my 1 gig in it what can I possibly do with the other 512 will it be compatible with my g4 ibook?

You can always try or see if the memory is the same using a memory selector (http://www.crucial.com).

If nothing else, sell it on eBay.

Keep it as a spare in case the 1G chip ever fails.
