I just got linux, I have a few Q's

As i sed above i just got ubuntu 6.10... I installed it in a 80gig Hdd alone...
and just wante to add my other 80gig windows hdd!!
can i do this without corrupting any grub files?
can i just conect the other drive?

Hi there arix. You should be able to connect the other drive fine and not affect Grub as long as the system is set to boot from the right hard drive. Don't forget that when you partition the new drive that there are still issues in linux writing to NTFS so i'd suggest it best to use a FAT32 partition (that way windows can use the same partition easily if your networked). After installing the new hard drive you may need to edit the fstab file to let Ubuntu know about the new drive.
