Format for DualBoot Win98 and Linux???

Used fdisk and formatted 20GB hdd I chose Enable Large Disk Support then set the size for 10GB and installed win98 onto it. Do I have to reformat b/c I Enabled Large Disk Support when I formatted for MS Win? Pleaze say I don't!!! After all the second half of the HDD is not formatted at all, Right????

Yes you have to format the 2nd part of the drive, because you wiped the partition clean when you fdisked.

Format with the OS that you are going to use, needless to say.
