About multiple linux distros on a HD.

Basically one of my hard drives Is totally dedicated to linux, I've posted the profile of the disk below. The first is a primary partition with Kubuntu. The second is the home folder, and the third is empty and unused, The last is swap of course. I want to add OpenSuse to that hd. Do I create another primary partition, or do I install it on a logical partition?

Also can two OS's share the same home folder, like I won't have to create another home folder just for OpenSuse?

You can install linux on either a primary or logical partition. Sharing /home is theoretically possible but I wouldn't recommend it. I would suggest just dumping the entire openSuse on a single partition and share the swap partition; you don't need a separate /home partition.
The bigger problem you have is with the bootloader. If you install openSuse it will probably overwrite your current bootloader and probably will not pick up your current kubuntu install. At least that typically what happens when doing a default install of a linux distro when you have another linux distro installed. The net effect is you won't be able to boot kubuntu anymore without hand editing your bootloader configuration file.
How you go about doing that depends upon which bootlader you are using. I'm old school and still use lilo although most distros are now using grub for a bootloader. You are probably using grub and I can't help you with that.
Before doing that openSuse install, I would recommend that you post a topic on a kubuntu forum on the specifics of configuring grub to dual boot two linux distros.
