Sansa M230 not able to Sync with rythmbox on Ubuntu

My mp3 Sansa m230 was sync under windows and the problems i have is that i couldn't access my mp3 files under rythmbox on ubuntu. i have installed the ipod plugin for rythmbox and still can't access or sync mp3's. i already went at ubuntu forums i can't seem to find any help yet.

Possible driver or device controller, try using Win Media player 10 and check under my computer for dust and if your storage device is listed, its usually your portable media player

...Maybe i didn't make my self clear earlier, my sansa m230 is detected on ubuntu i just cant access any mp3 files. and my rythmbox player cant sync or even see mp3 files that came from my windows media player. i have the feeling that there could be DRM issues

Ubuntu I thougth it was some other device software, Ubuntu Linux for humans, are there animals running linux? well are you sure they are .MP3 files and not .wma?
Try this distribution of Linux, Freespire same has Linspire but free or open source.

Jose, why on earth are you talking about Windows Media Player in a thread in the Alternative Operating Systems forum - when the poster is looking for help with Ubuntu Linux? Let's slow down a bit, okay?
