Fedora 7 Burning

I finished downloading a torrent file of Fedora 7 earlier and am trying to figure out what files to burn to DVD. There are no iso files that I can see. I know how to burn to a DVD, I just don't know what files to burn. If anyone can help, that would be great. I have a picture of what was in the rar file that I extracted from.

Okay, I finally figured it out. I guess it was a dumb question really. When I downloaded the file from Fedora's website, it looked like a rar file, so I extracted all of the files inside and then tried to burn them to a DVD. It took me a while, but it turned out that the file that looked like a rar file was in fact, an iso. This I burned to DVD, and it worked.
