Upgrading OS X

I will be buying a macbook pro very shortly. I will need it before Leopard comes out, so when Leopard comes out I will have to buy it seperatly.

I know the iLife applications come with the computer and not the OS. My question is if I do an erase and install for Leopard will I be able to use the install/repair DVD's to reinstall JUST the iLife applications? TIA

Yes, you sure will. You'll either get a separate ilife disk or you'll be able to just install the ilife packages from the tiger disk.
