Grub configuration??
Well, i was running Winxp and ubuntu 7 perfectly, they showed both Os's on the bootloader, the problem now is that i did a fresh xp install and now the pc boots directly to windows, instead of showing the bootloader... What can i do to reconfigure the grub manager so that it could show bot os's?

Windows overwrote the grub bootloader used by ubuntu. You will have to reinstall it and to do that you will need the livecd. Here's complete instructions:

During the reinstall of ubuntu you can configure the bootloader to run off a floppy disk instead of the main hard drive and that would prevent losing your ubuntu configuration if you ever have to reinstall xp again or upgrade it in the future.
