Linux
I want to wipe my laptops hardrive and install linux on to it, how can I get it and how do I install it.

Download what you want, burn it to a cd/dvd as an image, and then boot to it.
It should give you an install option of taking the whole drive, which would format the drive and give you a nice fresh install.

There's so many different linux versions out there, what would anyone recommend?
Also how do I burn it to a cd as an image |

I recommend linux Mint. David already posted a link.
To burn as an image, it would depend on what you use to burn with. Imgburn is a popular free program. |
