confuring boot manager

i just got mandrake installed. everything works...mostly
right now my boot manager gives me choices to boot from linux, linux--no something, nt, nt2, floppy...
how can i change these options and also if you don't touch anything for 4 seconds it automatically boots to mandrake...i'd like to change this too

you can edit it from your /etc/lilo.conf file, edit it with something like Emacs or one of the other editors, save your changes then from the RUN: type /sbin/lilo and the changes should take affect.
