File name problems with Dos in Samba!!??
I am running into some issues with my samba server. When I open files served by samba with a 16-bit program that I use for mixing audio the file names come out as 'audio~qm.wav' instead of 'audio~1.wav'. This would be fine excpept that I already have a lot of files that refered to these files when they were named 'audio~1.wav' and now can't find them due to the naming change. My qestion is how do I make samba trunkate names into the 'audio~1.wav' format??? Thanks for all the help! Leo.
