looking for a good unix help site

Hello. I have to learn unix for my new job. I am reading Doug Topham's the first book of unix by SAMS which is quite good. I have bought UNIX unleashed by SAMS and O'reily's UNIX in a nutshell but I think I need a few more very good books and a good UNIX forum or help site. Any suggestions any one ? I also want to either telnet to a free learning unix site to learn or download a free academic learning version of unix command shells to try out commands only best to be able to run under windows98 so I don't have to reboot. Or a good free secure UNIX website I can telnet to for learning purposes ?

Thanks MikeL. Actually I had trouble remembering a particular command like 'grep' which should be renamed to 'locate' or something. I asked my friend this morning, he suggested searching for the answer with goole.com. We entered "what does grep in unix stand for" and found the answer immediately.

I went into your websites. They look pretty good.
