Thanks for the links,

Do you duel boot? , if so what other O.S do you use,

I want a form of windows on my comp as my college course demands windows use - for access, powerpoint etc...

I have a wide range of O.S that i can but on, it doesnt really botherme what wondows O.S - just aas long as it will work with linux, so any suggestions?

Sure, most of the installs I've set up are dual boot. However, they were all based on windows using the 9X kernal structure: 95,98,Me. Personally I never had any real problems using the Linux Loaders. Grub, or LiLo. If you want to look at the stuff, you log as root and open up the control panel --->System --->Boot Manager. That loader is for LiLo. It is menu driven, but you still need to know your partition structures.
