Someones leeching my apache server files

A perticular site (i wont mention) is leeching a load of my files from my site,
2 morrow im going to change my site so it runts through a script and do it in a way to prevent leeching,

But i wondered two things, is there a way in the apache conf file to block access from a perticular site (or people comming from that site)
Im using a virtual hosting with diectory lisgins enabled, is there a way to block it through that

The other queston is if anyone has any ideas whet i should do, tips/methods of prevention would be great

i cant believe how anoyed it made me, i really cant understand how or why someone would want to do that, but it happens

Thx all,
James
