Enlightenment

I have Red hat 7.3 and am trying to get enlightenment to install. Went all the way through it to the "make install" and when it gets to the end it says can not find freetype.h. So I download freetype go through what install tells me to do and try installing again with same results. I was reading some where that was talking about this same problem that said you needed the header files for it. I thought that freetype cam with those files. Any help would be much appreciated - been at this for awhile now.

Why not use the rpm package for enlightenment instead? It's a lot easier to install. I'm not 100% sure but the installation disk usually has the enlingtenment rpms. If it's not included you can alway download it from rpm.net

Anyway you need to install the development libraries that enlingtenment needs. Check if you got all the development libraries that enlightenment needs in its documentation.

Hope this helps.
