AW35 sound in Slackware 8.1?
I have recently installed Slackware 8.1. Can anyone help me configure my AW35 sound card.

http://www.alsa-project.org/ has support of the cirrus logic chip (common) that your card uses, i would recommend trying there first

I second that. It's a pity slack does not come with alsa but slack rox! the only reason I have mandy is for mmx, gaming, and testing my code, and for a littel taste of the semi darkside.
