Grub

Right...

I have 2 partitons..

1 for Xp pro and 1 for redhat7.2

A gui used to show up asking me what one to boot into but now it takes me to the grub> line. How can I get back into xp?

Do you have the RH 7.2 emergency boot diskette, that the setup program cautions you to make, during the install? If so, boot your system to linux with it, and use the linux administration tools to restore your master boot record. If you are booted to the command line (level 3) and wish to use the GUI, log in as root and issue a startx command.

Don"t know if this would help but in Mandrake you can, Boot the CD, press escape & type rescue at the LILO prompt.
After awile you get a menu where you can choose to to reinstall
the LILO of the installed Mandrake system
