need 'boot disk' for rh 6.1

i'm trying to install rh6.1 on a 486 dx2
66 mhz. Now the problem is that the mobo cannot boot from cdrom.
(it didnt even have a cdrom, im placing one of mine in it for installation, then remove it again. )
can anyone point me to a 'boot disk' to get the cdrom active?
also ill need to reformat the hd (currently fat16 win3.11) can i do this from rh install disk or do i need a floppy for this too?

You can do it from the install disk - use rawrite (should be in the utils directory) to create a bootdisk and then boot using the disk while the CD is in the CDROM drive
