Loading up Gnome in Mandrake.

I've been playing around with drivers and configuration in my Mandrake 8.2 installation and I read that it's a good idea to dissable auto loading of Gnome at boot up so I dissabled it. Only problem is now I can't get into it at all. It just gives me the command line and I don't know what to do to load it up. I can log in to my user account but that's about it.

I'm assuming you mean you disabled the graphical startup. If so at the CLI type:startx gnome

HTH, OOPS!
