Hardware support in Linux

Will I have any problems supporting my hardware with Mandrake Linux? Or will I be able to find drivers for everthing?

When I installed it Mandrake detected all my hardware and installed default drivers with no fuss. My recent project has been to get up to date drivers for my GF 4 card, harder than you might think. The default drivers should get you up and running just fine though.

Good.

Now, where do the updated drivers come from?

I guess it's something like mine, check out this site:
http://www.mbsi.ca/cnxtlindrv/
Hopefully you'll find some working drivers there.
