What RedHat 9 software can do auto dial-up redials?

OK..as with alll things linux, there are various ways to do this. I'll give you two of the quickest I know.
Use Kppp (the dialer program that come with KDE and is default on RH9 [I think]). Under the Misc tab (settings) is a check box for auto redial. Use the Dial-up config tool in Gnome {desktop-programs-internet-dial-up configuration}

Is there a way to auto-redial when the line is busy? The checking of the auto-redial worked when the line is dropped but it doesnt work when there's a busy line.
