Win2000 vs win98

I have just purchased a server and would like to know which OS will allow greater accesability, or interconnection via my ip. I don't know to much about linux and such so would like to stay with MS if possible. Thanx Nicepokey

Windows 2000 Pro is also capped with a 10 user limit. That is 10 users accessing a share at the same time.
