RedHat Linux 9
Hi
I'm new to Linux and I already love it. I have a question regarding the updates that I have downloaded from the web. It seems that Linux updates do not add to the old versions of the same package but they install a new version of it without removing the old version. For example I have three different versions of Kernel on my system. Do I have to remove the old versions manualy? If so, how? Using "Add/Remove Applications"? |

is space an issue? if not I recommend leaving it on. You can use rpm to remove a package.
