Sharing files from linux to windows with samba
Ok I configured samba server for sharing files between linux and windows pc in a Windows nt 4 sp5 network.
I can now have access to the red hat 9 pc via windows 98 network neighborhood, now I can print and have access to files in this pc, but how do I do to have access from the red hat 9 pc to the windows pc? I tried using the LAN explorer in konqueror file manager but it outputs an error loading iolan or something like this. |

Do you want to learn how to run it the easy way (gnome desktop go to run application and type in xsmbrowser) or the hard way (terminal cd /usr/bin/ then type in ./xsmbrowser.) After that you are pretty much on your own. If you can't get it to run you might have to chmod.
