Question print to xp computer

i have xp on all of my pc's except for my new red hat 9 box. i have a two printers, each on a different xp pc that i would like to be able to print from the red hat box. how do i go about setting this up. when i go into printer config, i can see the two computers that have the printers. both have an arrow that i click and then it shows the printer which is shared. however it only shows the printer on one of the computers. the other one has the arrow go away after i click on it. so i ran the set up on the one that it could see. i told it to print a test page, and later it said that it could not reach the samba host. i do not care which printer it prints to, but i would like it to be able to print. do i need to configure the xp computers in any way to allow linux to print to it? i have the printers shared, and everyone else in the network can see them just fine. thanks in advance.
