Mac OS X

Up to now I've been exclusively a PC user. However, I am now administrating a small network containing some Macs with OS X installed. I'm picking things up gradually but can anyone point me in the direction of a book or online resource that would help me boost my Mac knowledge. It would need to start fairly basic but build up to networking on a small network - machine configuration etc.

Any suggestions appreciated.

There should be a Mac OS X For Dummies book out there. If there isn't, I am not much help because I know very little about Macs.
