printers

I have a HP laserjet 4L printer set up on my lan with a print server that plugs into the paralll port inside of the printer with a cat-5 cable going to a switch, the server is dchp and works great with the windows systems.

I want to confiqure the linux systems to use the same printer server.
red hat ver 7.2 and another one with ver 9.0.

do I set it up as I do the windows, local printer and then create a tcp/ip port

any help will appricated

I am able to ping the server with all systems ok

got the linux system to see the printer and print to it,
but the printout is supposed to be one page and it comes out with 4 pages and it is 4 times as big as it should be.
so what could be the possile problem now.
