welp! Slackware 9.1 and a Promise ATA 166 raid card
hey all,

I just got a P3-800 with 4 new maxtor 80gb drives. I also ended up getting a Promise Fastrak TX2000 ATA 166 RAID card.

I'm having difficulties trying to get this promise card to work with Slackware 9.1. When I boot up using the CD, it finds each drive in the array and assigns it an /dev/hdx letter... upon doing a dmesg | more I couldn't find anything about Slack detecting the raid...

Does anyone have any experience with raid and slackware ?
