Bah, XBOX. Long live Nintendo.

Actually, in the story I linked to, they say that there are plans to bring Linux to the three current consoles (GC, PS2, and XBOX).

I have a friend who has had linux on his X-Box for a while now. He also has a modchip on it and replaced the 6gb hd with a 120gb hd.

Its insane how linux RUNS on just about everything down to ur watch. In bill gates world its like a virus that is spreading like a Son of a b***. I wouldn't be surprised if in a couple of years home computers will be running linux, and not M$ windblows. Here a secret I read on the net, did you know that MicroSoft runs linux servers. :-P

everyone runs linux servers. Linux servers rarely ever have to be rebooted, so if you change something you only have 10 seconds of down time and no one will notice. But with windows if you change something you have to restart it and it will take like 5 minutes to get it up and running again.
