AOL problem
i use AOL and i just got Linux. i was wondering if i could surf the net on Linux.

Yes, Linux usually uses Mozilla for their web browsers.

Pretty much any browser but Internet Explorer will run under linux.....

I don't think you should have any problems then. When I got DSL mandrake connection wizard auto detected all the setings.

What you can do is have your particular Distro recognize the cable connection, configure it, and connect to the internet that way. Then go to AOL.com, sign in, and check your email, etc from there.
