Knoppix

I'm currently using Red Hat and am thinking of switching to Knoppix.

Anyone currently Knoppix? Any comments on it?

I don't think you can actually install Knoppix, i think it just runs off of a CD.

No, Knoppix can be installed to your hard drive. Just have unallocated space for it.
I have Knoppix on my computer but I switched recently so I can't say I have been using it. Though after testing several distros including redhat I decided that Knoppix was the way to go for me. It is Debian Based so you can use apt-get for your programs, plus it didn't have so many programs initially to clutter everything up, but the ones that it does have are well selected. Excellent hardware detection too.
