Spill DOH!

So I was working this weekend. Sitting at my counter and I reached for my glass of water and WOOSH! Spilled the entire glass on the keyboard. I dove for the power outlet to unplug it, but no dice. Screen flickered and the whole thing died. I took it apart and used a hair dryer and some fans on low settings. Let everything air out for 48 hours.

I can plug it in and charge the battery but that is it. I push the power button and there is NO sign of life. Do you guys think I fried the logic board. I couldn't see any sign of shorting, but it is a small logic board and I am up in chicago with no work bench.

I would think it's toasted... I always told customers.. I don't care how careful you are, do NOT keep a drink anywhere within 10 feet of your laptop... the spill WILL happen.

I agree with HaL, I have a collection of spill-prone clients; if you have to there are covers to spill proof a laptop keyboard.
They may look awful but they do seem to work ( Of course actually remembering to use them is another matter. ).
