IPod
Hello all
![]() I have an IPod that is doing something a little strange. When I connect all it says up top is ( OK to disconnect ) It dosnt show Connected. There for the music is not high lighted in the IPod for me to delete or add music. That and when I try adding a folder it adds in the lower section not in my IPod. Tried a restore but it says ( can not restore because another application is using the IPod ) Im lost , My IPod is unusable to me. It would help if we knew what iPod (Touch, Nano, Classic) you've got as well as what firmware updates, if any, you're using and what iTunes version is installed.

You know what i do whenever i have problems with an ipod, it's mainly with ones that we have formatted on our PCs, i plug them in, and format them with Disk Utility. Then i open up iTunes, and it reputs the firmware on it, and it doesn't have a problem anymore. Give that a shot.

Huh that's interesting. Would he be able to do a disk format through Windows?
