wife ????
My wife is thinking about a mac.she was told at her quilt club that you could not use dial up.is this true? we only have dial up.

I wonder if they don't come with a modem (which is needed for dial up). If not, I presume you could get a usb modem for it.

thanks for the reply quartet.you are right. i need an external modem.apple and others have done away with internal modems.if anyone is buying new com. they might want to check this out before they are in for a surprise.
