Colloquy 2.x
Anybody have any experience using "Colloquy"?
Can it comunicate with Windows machines using IRC?

Sorted.
I had to install an earlier version to run on my PowerBook (Leopard OS) but it runs fine and the GUI is simple to navigate. |

I prefer X-Chat Aqua. Colloquy was kinda limited.

Nuk. Does X-Chat run Ok on the new OS? I need to get it running on a brand new MacBook and Colloguy is giving me problems it keeps crashing.

I've used nothing but X-Chat on Snow Leopard and Lion. I don't have Mountain Lion so I haven't tried it yet. Do note that I have an old version: X-Chat is no longer called so on the Mac platform, it's now called Azure and it's available on the App Store.
Azure. Unfortunately, it looks like the current version is crashing on Lion. I'm running Aqua Version 0.17.0-rc1-3-gac11015 (0.17.0.1437). Runs fine. |
