Hello, I've now got a problem with the new DVD-R. I have been downloading films and burning them on to a dvd for home use without any problems. Now suddenly on playback, using the disc, there is no sound, either on my pc or in the dvd player, but all the films work perfectly on the pc from the download file

Hello Freakitchen. I solved the DVD-r problem by taking the CD drive out and putting the DVD-R in to my new computer with Windows 7. Now I have another problem, my disc to load my Packard Bell Diamond 1200 plus scanner in the new computer is for XP only, where do I go from here, Thanks

I am not sure how to post messages here but I need a little help on figuring a hard drives capacity
say I have 3 platters, 5600 cylinders and 63 sectors per track. I know the answer is 1,033.6 MB, but I cannot figure how to get the answer.
