Weird Router Problem with Qos

Hey ya'll
I found this site and it looks like an awesome site! thanks! but I have a problem. i was at a different site and had a problem with msn messenger voice, and they told me to enable the UpNp but I have a befw11s4 router, and you have to enable it on the router. well they didnt tell me that till later. And I guess everytime i start up the computer, or restart i have to either enable, or disable the qos packet in order for it to work. Ok, so if I start up the computer and it iis enabled already, then I have to disable it, but if its disabled, I have to enable it, yes, I kno weird. I tried reseting the router, nothing happened. Anything else I can try. Its a befw11s4 Wireless b broadband router. thanks!
