Voice over IP help

Can anyone tell me a good site to find info on voice over ip? I need to write up a report on it (about 1500 words) explaining what it is, the pros and cons, and if it is something my company should look into. I don't know a whole lot about it myself, so any site (espcially ones that explain it in laymans terms) will be greatly appreciated.

I have been searching through google, but most of the stuff I found is not recent. I was just wondering if anyone knew of anything else more recent. But I'm looking on my own as well.

I just noticed that double post when I was looking at the thread subscriptions I had. I honestly didn't do it on purpose....how would it have happend? I'm assuming maybe my browser froze so I hit the submit thread button twice...would that do it?
