Network Setup wizard

I am trying to network my PC with XP home on it to a Laptop with Win 98SE by way of a router and when I try to run the wizard in XP it gets so far and tells me "a error has occured during the configuration" and stops......Anyone know what might be causing this? All I really want is to share internet access with the Laptop for now if I can get it going....

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
Did you first configure the router with it connected to the XP machine? You'll need to do that before you can configure the Network.
