help with my linksys router!!!!!!!

I have just installed my new linksys router ( befsx41 ) with firewall and I have also added nortons firewall. my connection speed is slow I was wondering if anyone could help me resolve this proble I am wondering if I have to have both or if I can have the router's firewall. I have both of them set to factory recommended settings. I also have the latest firmware for the router.

any help would be great thanks

Uninstall the Norton firewall and see if makes a difference. I'm betting that it does.

After removing the Norton's also check your NIC settings for throughput. I always have to max mine as the default is much slower than my cable.
