can't access 2 sites anymore

Hi, Have a friend running Windows XP, with a linksys router, and a Toshiba DSL modem. All of a sudden there are two sites she can not get into anymore. The sites are savingdinner.com and flylady.net (girl sites).
I can access these sites no problem, and she can access these sites from her office, but she can not access these sites from the two computers at her house. She talked to her ISP with no luck. She talked to the people at Toshiba with no luck. I suggested she eliminate the router from the system and just plug the cable DSL modem right into one of her computers. Do not know if that worked yet or not. Any other suggestions, please ?

C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

Open the hosts file (the one that's just "hosts" with no extension) in Notepad and see if there are any active entries in there. The only one that should be active is 127.0.0.1 - localhost.

Open a command prompt and type IPCONFIG/FLUSHDNS
