Can't read e-mail with ZA pro

I have used Zone Alarm for several years and was happy with it, so I decided to install the Pro version and that's when my problems started:
I can no longer read my e-mails in Hotmail - can only get as far as the inbox
but can't open any e-mails.
(I can read Yahoo e-mails but only if I accepted
their instruction to "revert to an earlier version" of IE)
I know the problem is ZA Pro cos when I disable it, I can read the e-mails without any problems. The forum at Zonelabs was no help.
I'm using Win XP Pro and all the default configurations in ZA.
I would be grateful for any help.

Julie have you gone to the system and security forum? You should post your thread there you will get more answers about firewalls. ZAPro has a glitch in it's newer version. Anything above 4.5ver. DON'T USE.

Actually I have misinformed you. Its ZA suite not ZA pro, but the suite includes ZA pro doesn't it?
Anyway I'll re-post it in the other forum as you advise and see if people there
can help.
Thanks.
