Can't read e-mail with ZA pro
I have used Zone Alarm for several years and was happy with it, so I decided to install the Pro version and that's when my problems started:
I can no longer read my e-mails in Hotmail - can only get as far as the inbox but can't open any e-mails. (I can read Yahoo e-mails but only if I accepted their instruction to "revert to an earlier version" of IE) I know the problem is ZA Pro cos when I disable it, I can read the e-mails without any problems. The forum at Zonelabs was no help. I'm using Win XP Pro and all the default configurations in ZA. I would be grateful for any help. |

Julie have you gone to the system and security forum? You should post your thread there you will get more answers about firewalls. ZAPro has a glitch in it's newer version. Anything above 4.5ver. DON'T USE.

Actually I have misinformed you. Its ZA suite not ZA pro, but the suite includes ZA pro doesn't it?
Anyway I'll re-post it in the other forum as you advise and see if people there can help. Thanks. |
