AVG Rescue Disk Problem
Okay, my brother's computer has a virus. I create the 4 AVG Rescue disks on my machine, boot with them, and it loads into the AVG SOS mode fine. When I try to scan, it just says one file was scanned, and sits there, doing nothing. What's the deal? Is there anything out there that I can download to make a anti-virus rescue disk without installing the software(for instance, PC-Cillin)?

If the filesystem is FAT32, you can run F-Prot for DOS from floppies or a CD.

No good - it's NTFS. I got rid of the virii, but I still couldn't get the AVG disks to work. A perplexing problem, indeed.......
