D Link wireless network card not working

Hi, I am having a problem with one of the pc's on my network, the operating system got corrupted some how , so I reinstalled the operationg system which solved that problem, however the wireless network card has stopped working, I tried reinstalling the software that came with the card ( d-link air utility ) but it still does not see the card, do I need to physically remove the card and do install it again, or is there a simpler way ( I like simple ! )

Thanks
Pete

The D-Link utility needs to be uninstalled, and the card physically removed - and reinstalled from scratch.
