IE/https problems
I have a 98se machine that is giving me fits,It surfs the web quite well, but when it comes to secure sites it will go to a blank page.
I thought it might be due to the encription, since the version of IE on this machine was the default version that came with se,but I downloaded the ie6 sp1 and much to my surprise it still does it...any ideas???tia |

I was told by my IT support guy a few months ago that there is some spyware (I think he mentioned hijackers specifically) that will do this. Probably time for a full scan.

I'd recommend you revert back to IE5 - I've seen a lot of issues with IE6 on 98. Get things working right before you consider upgrading IE again. Just make sure that IE5 is 128 bit encryption, you may have to install the high encryption pack.
