pcpitstop.com may be of some help.
why do you feel you have some ports blocked ?
if your on a lan that is controled by someone else like a system adminstrator, you need to check with them, we cannot circumvent the security of someones network.

Try Gibson Research Corporation.
Go to "ShieldsUP" under Hot Spots at the middle of the page. Once there, click on "All Service Ports"
