Limited or No Connectivity!!

need some help, I cant figure out why the wireless connection i am setting up for a friend is having problems

i plug everything in and it connects fine for about a half hour then i get the little yellow triangle next to the wlan icon in the tray and it says "limited or no connectivity" and i have to go unplug the router from the wall and plug it back in.

i am getting this problem no matter what settings i put in, i have updated the firmware and that didn't work i went and exchanged the router for a new one but am getting the exact same problem

PLEASE HELP.

Some things I'd check or try (in no specific order):

- Make sure there aren't any cordless phones nearby in use. (If you're in an apartment situation, that may be tough)
- Try all open settings (no encryption, no authentication, no security at all) on your WAP
- Try updating your network card drivers
- Try a different network card
- Try different channels on the WAP

already tried all of that.
weird thing is this happening on 3 different laptops and even happening when i plug straight in to the router w/ ethernet cable

i know its not the router because i tried it on my home network and it works fine only happening at friends house

the only thing i can think of is it has to be the DSL modem

Those 2 modems should be cross compatible. That would be an excellent way to troubleshoot.
