Wireless AP Help Please (Failed Firmware)

I've recently got an Asus Wireless Access Point WL-330g. As the firmware was out of date I decided to update it to the latest version and of course the flash failed as they have a tendency to do.

Having looked through the manual and the website I cant find a way of resetting the AP so I can use it again. The power light flashes on and off meaning the firmware upgrade failed but no matter how many times I hold down the reset button and power off/up nothing changes and of course I cant connect to the AP to fix anything in the state its in.

Surely Asus would have included a method of resetting the unit to default settings but cant for the life of me figure out how. Have emailed them but they arent exactly quick to reply

Anyone help?

This usually means the unit must be replaced.
