Remote Desktop

i have remote desktop working properly on one of my desktops at home but was wondering if it is possible to be able to copy and paste documents or data from my remote pc to the one i am currently accessing it with

for example: say i am on my laptop at school accessing my pc at home and there is a document i need, is it possible to move that document from my home pc to my laptop

how do i do this if it is possible

"If you are using an XP computer and the remote desktop client, you can also copy files by copying and pasting them to the desktop of your client computer, or by opening the client's local drives on the remote computer if you have enabled this option."
