Telindus Router wont Reset. help!

Hey i own a telindus 1122 wireless adsl router.
few days ago i bought a new computer and added it's MAC address
to the mac filtering service.

then i hit save and for some reason my ADMIN password had changed.
I couldn't find the new password so i had to hit the Reset Button on the back
--> the Reset button wont work ! and this equipment is new !

i called the company and they dont really have support group here,
even mailed the company @ UK and they told me to open up the
router and look for the deep switch buttons and told me to look at the
user guide and to figure it out.. they didn't sent me the user guide
and when i asked for it.. they told me they dont have it ( weird ? )

Any suggestions how can i "hack" into my router , i can't access the
router , i need to add MAC address and edit Port Mapping, i can't do nothing ?
please help if you know any way i can reset to factory defualt..

there is some information there like a data sheet and such. i think thats the router you have anyway.... HTH

Try holding in the reset button for 30 seconds.
